Thrive Diet by Brendan Brazier
This fascinating read takes a very interesting look at the modern North American diet and its effect on the body of both elite athletes and weekend warriors. Best of all, it offers a meal plan to follow that includes real food, not just supplements. Although you will need some time to prepare these meals, they are totally worth it.
